time can I check-in the hotel or apart hotel?
In general, check-in to hotels and apart hotels is between 2:00
and 3:00 PM, but this depends on each hotel’s policy.
If you need make an early check-in, you should let us know,
indicating the time at which you need to enter. This will be
subject to availability and most hotels charge for it.

time do I have to check-out of the hotel or apart hotel?
In most hotels and apart hotels, the check-out is around 10:00
AM, but this also depends on each hotel or apart hotel’s
policy. If you need make a late check-out, you should let
us know, indicating the time at which you need to leave. This
will be subject to availability and most hotels charge for
it.
Why
are my credit card details required?
A valid credit card and its details are required to guarantee
the reservation. If we do not get all this details via fax,
phone or e-mail, we are unable to process your reservation
request.
Do
I have to pay for all the stay at the hotel or apart hotel
when making my reservation?
The Sales Executive in charge of your reservation will inform
you of the means and date of payment for your reservations.
In most cases, the published rates shall be paid when leaving
the hotel and do not include extra services. The details of
a valid credit card are requested to back your reservation.
