Residences. Reservation and Cancellation Policy.
1- RESERVATION CONDITIONS
To make a reservation, you must have reached legal age.
You guarantee us you are financially responsible for the
payment of services contracted through us.
You may start your reservation request through the reservation
application form by e-mail, by phone or through the Web.
To process your request, we need you to contact us no later
than 72 working hours prior to your check-in date.
Our commitment is to contact you within the next 48/72 hours
to supply relevant information, availability and prices.
The present rates and conditions may vary without previous
notice and are the supplier’s sole responsibility.
If the stay is between one and three months, the guest shall
send a cash deposit (money order) equivalent to 40% of the
final, full reservation.
This amount includes the stay cost and the registration fee.
This amount does not include on-line reservation service charges.
If the stay exceeds 3 months, the reservation deposit shall
be the 10% of the full stay cost plus the registration fee.
In both cases the deposit shall be considered as part
payment of your stay.
The reservation shall only be confirmed if there is availability
while the reservation deposit crediting has been verified.
2- MEANS OF PAYMENT
Payment of deposit shall be made in cash, in US dollars or through
Visa, Master Card or American Express credit cards; and the stay
shall be paid cash, in US dollars. Full payment of the stay
shall be made in advance on your arrival, in cash, in US dollars.
3- PARTICULAR CONDITIONS Each Residence has a code of conduct that has been set
to rule everything related to daily coexistence within a residence.
The aim is that university life develops in a pleasant, supportive
and fraternal manner, so that each student achieves his/her university
goals. By making your reservation, you accept that during your
stay you will subject yourself to the code of conduct and rules
set by each particular University Residence.
A guarantee deposit may apply according to the chosen residence.
Full payment of such deposit shall be made in cash, in US dollars,
on your arrival.
4- CANCELLATION POLICY
If the guest needs to cancel the reservation, the advanced
payment is not refundable.
Likewise, if, for any reason, the previously-paid stay is shortened,
there is no refund whatsoever. For this reason, it is advisable for
the guest to be as accurate as possible on deciding his departure
date, and, if necessary, to try to extend his stay should he have
to remain here longer than what he paid for.
5- STAY EXTENSION
Should the guest want to extend his stay, he shall immediately
contact ALOJARGENTINA. Yet, this does not guarantee
its extension, as it is subject to availability. In the same way
we cannot guarantee that the same rate may be kept, since these are
subject to possible changes.
If that student residence has no vacancies, ALOJARGENTINA
proposes to relocate you to another residence of similar characteristics and
amenities, and you may choose to accept said proposal or not.
6- INSURANCE
We strongly recommended that as time of your booking, you supply
yourself/customer with insurance policy in your country to cover
cancellation charges, luggage claim, medical expenses, accident
and others.
Using our site /services, implies that you accept and subject
yourself to all the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Reservation
Conditions and Cancellation Policies that are published there. Should
you not agree with these, please, refrain from using our site.
